About Me

My photo
I’m a sophomore at a Taiwanese university, majoring in Turkish language and culture. Many people in Taiwan may think it's not a good choice to study a special language like this, but I enjoy it so much, even though I don't do it well. I love to record my life by taking photos and notes. Now I'm trying to use this blog as a new way; furthermore, the blog also provides chance for me to practice English. haha, I MUST be hardworking because it's also my homework.:P

The "officially" first post - Cherry blossom :)

Cherry blossom
Yesterday, while I was walking on our campus, a blossoming cherry blossom caught my eye. (By the way, I didn't know the English name of the beautiful plant is "cherry blossom" until now...haha...such a cute and cool name, I think.)
Since there was still some time left for my next class, I stopped my steps and started to take pictures for it. The flowers were so lovely, and smelled so good. I couldn't help appreciating it, so amazing! haha, I'm a urban child, and maybe it was the reason for how I could feel so excited about a tree.
About 2 weeks ago, my mom, who is interested in potting plants, took me to "Chien-Guo Holiday Flower Market." We saw many kinds of plants, including trees, flowers, bonsai, water weeds, etc. We also saw some different species of cherry blossom.Oh, I greatly desire to have one~ but it's impossible, at least for now, because I don't have enough space for growing it. :( Hope this dream can be realized in the future.

  3. Hi~Ed.Thank you very much for the praise you gave to my pictures. I'm sooo happy.:) I wish I could take these photos by DSLR; nevertheless, I don't have a DSLR camera, so I took them by Nikon's digital camera. Oh, yes, spring is coming, although it's still cold these days...haha.

Hello Cindy! Thanks for your praise, too. :) The cherry blossom I found is near the entrance to Information Building (left side.) There are so many beautiful nature scenes in our campus. Go to find your own best corner when you’re free! :D

Recently, I found the sunset and the clouds in NCCU is really beautiful and I took lots of picture of course. Just about pm5 or 6, it's very amazing that I couldn't take my eyes of them!
